ENA/GHG/C1 - Reprocess: addition of height global attribute
DataStreams:enaaosghgC1.a1, enaaosghgauxC1.a1
Description:
The mentor has requested the addition of a 'height' global attribute to record the inlet 
height. The inlet for the ENA AOSGHG has always been at a height of 10 meters, but the 
datastreams did not have this new global attribute. 

Both the aosghg.a1 and aosghgaux.a1 datastreams will be updated to add this new global 
attribute. 

The mentor has requested that the entire dataset be reprocessed to make this addition to 
the global attributes. We will be releasing dowstream aosghg.b0 and aosghg.b1 processing 
that will incorporate this new global attribute from the a1 input datastreams.
