Description:
Calibration parameters (r_calib_ and radar_), such as power and noise, are incorrect, but 
do not affect general data quality. The calibration constant used in the reflectivity 
calculation is correct. If absolutely needed, the parameters can be obtained from the 
auxiliary file or other parameters within the same a1 file.

The unambiguous range is incorrect, but does not affect general data quality.

The SNR is incorrect and will impact data quality masks that use SNR as a parameter.
Suggestions: 
Users can correct the SNR by applying an offset of 1 dB.

Users can correct the unambiguous range by replacing the values with 15110 meters. 

Users should not use the following parameters in calculations:
