OLI/CAPS-PMEX/M1 - Failure of red channel pump

The failure of the red channel pump caused severe flow irregularities that severely 
compromised the data.  The failure of the red channel pump was identified on Oct 26 and this 
channel removed from service.  On Nov. 04, the replacement pump was installed and the 
3W-CAPS brought back online.

Do not use data for this time period.
