Due to tower being lowered to work on instrumentation, 
all sgp1smosE13 and sgp30smosE13 temperature and humidity 
data taken between 1420-1440 GMT on 19 OCT 94 are questionable.

All SGP1SMOSE13 temperature and humidity data taken between 1420 
     and 1440 should be flagged as questionable.

     All SGP30SMOSE13 temperature and humidity data reported at 1430 
     and 1500 should be flagged as questionable.
