SGP/SONDE/B1  - Signal interrupted

The normal data in this sounding were interrupted mid-flight, possibly as a result of 
interference from another sonde.  Because this interruption did not cause 'missing' data but 
rather incorrect data to be inserted into the output file, the embedded QC flags are 
triggered and users who normally check the flags should have no trouble.
