All temperature, humidity, and snow depth data taken during this period
      are incorrect.  There are no entries in the Site Operations log which
      can explain the bad data, therefore, the cause is unknown.

All temperature, RH, vapor pressure, and snow depth data taken during this 
period should be flagged as incorrect.
