SGP/SMOS/E13 - Tower down for maintenance

SMOS E13 tower was down for maintenance on 13 APR 96 between 1530
and 1605 GMT.  All wind, temperature, and humidity data taken during 
this period are incorrect. Rainfall and Barometric Pressure data are OK.

All SMOS E13 wind, temperature, and humidity data taken on 13 APR 96
between 1530 and 1605 GMT should be flagged as incorrect.
