SGP/SMOS/E15 - T/RH probe cable damaged

All temperature and vapor pressure data taken at SMOS E15 on 5 MAY 96
      between 1105 and 1400 GMT are incorrect.  All other data are OK.

      Site Operations personel found the T/RH probe cable damaged and 
      replaced the probe and cable on 7 MAY 96.

All sgp1smosE15 and sgp30smosE15 temperature and vapor pressure data taken
during this period should be flagged as incorrect.
