SGP/SMOS/E15 - Down to recheck Wind Monitor and replace T/RH probe

SMOS E15 was down on 7 MAY 96 between 1802 and 1900 GMT to
      recheck the Wind Monitor and replace the T/RH probe.  All data
      taken during this period except rainfall and barometric pressure
      are incorrect.

All sgp1smosE15 and sgp30smosE15 wind, temperature, and humidity data taken
during this period should be flagged as incorrect.
