SGP/SMOS/E4 - Data logger program changed

The E4 SMOS data logger program was changed on 1 MAY 96 at 1740 GMT in 
  order to improve the reliability of the snow depth measurements.  The 
  1800 GMT 30-minute averaged data was averaged for only 20 minutes.

All sgp30smosE4 data taken during this period should be flagged
 as questionable.
