o Data should be labeled: incorrect

o Description: The MFRSR at E16 is out of alignment.  This poor alignment 
affects the direct beam and diffuse radiation measurements taken during 
the afternoon. There's also some evidence that the alignment affected data 
taken during the morning hours on 05/21/96.  It's hard to diagnose a 
misalignment problem during cloudy or partly cloudy weather, so the data 
user should beware of all the data taken from about 5/20/96 onward (until 
the instrument is aligned).
