Bad surface values sounding

The site operator inadvertently entered incorrect surface MET values for the subject 
sounding.  Although he caught the error soon after launch and reported it immediately, it was 
too late to correct.  The following table shows the incorrect (present in the file) and 
correct values.

The incorrect values for surface temperature and relative humidity will not affect the 
other values in the sounding.  The incorrect surface pressure will, however, affect the 
altitude calculation throughout the sounding.
