MFRSR data missing - 960508 to 960612 site E4

The MFRSR head was damaged at site E4.  MFRSR data was not collected
from 960508 to about 960612.  The head was replaced on 960612 about 1700 GMT
and data collection again started. During the time the data was NOT
collected, zeros will appear for all MFRSR data fields.  This DQR
supercedes DQR D960608.1.
