SGP/SMOS/E15 - Questionable or incorrect RH data

The values of humidity data taken by SMOS E15 started to drift downwards
      starting on approximately 17 MAY 96 and continued to drift downwards
      until the probe was replace on 15 AUG 96 at 1630 GMT.

All humidity and vapor pressure data taken between 17 MAY 96 and
     15 AUG 96 at 1630 GMT should be flagged as questionable.
