SGP/EBBR/E9 - Air Temperature Thermocouples Incorrect

Both air temperature thermocouples were offscale, for unknown reasons, for 
1500 GMT for both 15 and 30 minute air temperature values.

The malfunction of the air temperature thermocouples results in incorrect Bowen 
ratio, sensible heat flux, and latent heat flux during the period above. 

The data values that are affected are:

5 minute:  tair_top, tair_bot

15 minute: tair_r, tair_l

30 minute: tair_top, tair_bot, bowen, e, and h

• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Bowen ratio(bowen_ratio)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)

• Right air temperature(temp_air_right)
• Left air temperature(temp_air_left)

• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
