SGP/EBBR/E26 - Wind Direction Sensor Failure

Wind Direction and resultant wind speed data for the period listed above 
is incorrect.  Wind direction would not record outside 0 to 20 degrees.  
This is a common malfunction in this style of wind direction sensor.  
The sensor was replaced on 13 August 1996.  The old sensor S/N was K3038
and new sensor is S/N K3033.  The affected data values are:

 5 minute: wind_d, sigma_wd, res_ws

15 minute: mv_wind_d

30 minute: wind_d, sigma_wd, res_ws

• Wind direction vector mean standard deviation(wdir_vec_std)
