SGP/EBBR/E26 - Right Air Temperature Malfunction

Description:
The right air temperature probe malfunctioned again and produced 
incorrect data (outside of range) during some of the period indicated above.  
The cause of the problem is unknown.  On 18 June site operations tightened the
connection to the J-panel and repaired a broken aspirator fan wire.  However, 
incorrect data resumed shortly after site operations left the site.  Data 
continued to be incorrect during some times through July 5.  No incorrect data 
was recorded from July 6 through July 17.  The EBBR unit was changed out on 
July 17, 1996.

The times of incorrect right air temperatures are easy to recognize from 
the EBBR data, so the precise times of incorrect data are not enumerated 
here.  Typically, the top and bottom air temperature is out of range, 
resulting in the sensible heat flux being zero.

The malfunction of the right air temperature probe results in incorrect Bowen 
ratio, sensible heat flux, and latent heat flux. 

The data values that are affected are:

5 minute:  tair_top, tair_bot

15 minute: tair_r 

30 minute: tair_top, tair_bot, bowen, e, and h
