SGP/EBBR/E8 - Incorrect Right Humidity Probe Temperature

The temperature portion of the right humidity probe produced incorrect 
values during the periods indicated.  No site operations intervention 
occurred to correct the problem.  The problem has not reoccurred.  The 
following data values are incorrect for the periods listed below:
