SGP/EBBR/E20 - Incorrect Data from Left Humidity Probe

The left humidity probe output started drifting upward at 2145 GMT on 
May 8, 1996 and went offscale (over 105%) at 0200 GMT on May 9, 1996.  The 
output settled at approximately 113% and remained there until the probe was 
replaced on June 19, 1996.  The first correct 15 minute values were at 1630 
GMT on June 19 and the first correct 30 minute values were at 1700 GMT.
During the period of incorrect left probe RH data, the following values 
were incorrect:

15 minute:  mv_hum_l

30 minute: hum_top, hum_bot, vp_top, vp_bot, h, e, bowen.

• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Bottom vapor pressure(vapor_pressure_bottom)
• Top relative humidity (fractional)(rh_top_fraction)

• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
