SGP/EBBR/E12 - Left Air Temperature Thermocouple Incorrect

The left air temperature thermocouple was offscale, for unknown reasons, for 
1715 GMT for 15 minute, and 1730 GMT for 30 minute air temperature values.

The malfunction of the air temperature thermocouple results in incorrect Bowen 
ratio, sensible heat flux, and latent heat flux during the period indicated. 

The data values that are affected are:

5 minute:  tair_top, tair_bot

15 minute: tair_l

30 minute: tair_top, tair_bot, bowen, e, and h

• Left air temperature(temp_air_left)

• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)

• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
• Bowen ratio(bowen_ratio)
