GOES8 - Data Files Missing or Corrupted

GOES8 and GOES8VIS files are missing for 0000-1700 and 2130 and
were corrupted and thus couldn't be processed for our 1735 for goes8 and hour 1830 for 
goes8vis.
The reason for the problem was that SeaSpace, which provides
these satellite data files had an equipment failure.
