Description:
On about 97/02/21 the tower that supports the  and  instruments
fell down.  As as consequence of the tower's demise, these two instruments
were became inoperative.  The tower was repaired on 97/03/13 and on
97/03/30 at about 16:30 GMT, the  and  came back on line.
