Review of automated quality assurance runs for July 1996 by Mark Shafer:
 The QA pretty
well seemed to catch things.  I would be a bit wary about BESS
RELH - it began to fail some tests beginning on the 8th, but was
not issued a trouble-ticket until Aug 23.  I guess that's the
nature of sporadic problems!  Also, CHIC TB05 and NORM TS05
looked a bit off, but not enough to warrant a trouble-ticket.
Any major problems for July appeared to have been caught by the
QA routines.
Suggestions: 
Users of these data should review the automatically generated
quality assurance files.
