SGP/SMOS/E13 - T/RH Probe Malfunction

When the SMOS E13 T/RH probe was replaced on 30 JAN 97, it
      was not adequately sealed to prevent rain infiltration.  During a
      rain, which fell on 26 FEB 97 between 1530 and 2130 GMT, the RH probe 
      malfunctioned apparently due to becoming wet.  Bad RH data were
      reported between 1530-1700 GMT and again between 2000-2130 GMT.

All SMOS E13 humidity and temperature data taken between
1530 and 2130 GMT on 26 FEB 97 should be flagged as questionable.
