Description: | When the SMOS E13 T/RH probe was replaced on 30 JAN 97, it
was not adequately sealed to prevent rain infiltration. During a
rain, which fell on 27 FEB 97 between 0230 and 1630 GMT, the RH probe
malfunctioned apparently due to becoming wet. |
Suggestions: | All SMOS E13 humidity and temperature data taken between 0230 and
1630 GMT on 27 FEB 97 should be flagged as questionable. |
