CAMA  SRAD      13th - 30th; flagged 1 in badparm on the 14th, upgraded
                to 2 on 05/09.  Instrument replaced 05/09.  Readings
                indicated low on spatial test.

RING  PRES      pressure spikes on the 8th and 9th.

STIL  TB05      20th - 28th; flagged by spatial test, no flag in badparm.
                Problems apparently persisted until 05/04.

TIPT  WDIR      6th - 30th; high scores from spatial test.  Replaced on
                05/16.

BATV            Persistent problems: BURN (2nd), CHER (3rd)
                Sporadic problems: BURB (11th), HOLL (11th)

LEAF            Persistent problems: CLAY (17th), GRAN (1st), IDAB (1st),
                MARE (1st), PAUL (1st)
