SGP/EBBR/E8 - Incorrect Soil Temperature #s 1 and 2

Soil temperature probes #1 and #2 went offscale at times for many months.
Replacement probes were not available until recently.  The probes were 
replaced on 16 June, 1997 at 2200 GMT.

Affected data values were:

15 minute: r_sm1, r_sm2, rr_ts1, rr_ts2

30 minute: sm1, sm2, ts1, ts2, c_shf1, c_shf2, ces1, ces2, 
cs1, cs2, g1, g2, ave_shf, e, h

Do not use identified variables during the period in which
the probes are offscale.

• Soil moisture 2 (resistance)(soil_moisture_2_r)
