Pressure jump after launch

The first pressure value recorded by the sonde after launch (949.3 hPa) is
substantially lower than the recorded surface pressure (960.9 hPa).  This
is indicative of either a jarring of the pressure sensor at launch or
mis-identification of the launch time by the system.  In either case, both
the ascent rate and abosolute altitude values are questionable.
