Pressure jump after launch

The first pressure value recorded by the sonde after launch (945.6 hPa)
is considerably lower than the surface value (963.3).  This implies that
either the pressure sensor was jarred at launch or that the system
mis-identified the start time for the sounding.  In either event, the
ascent rate during the first thirty seconds and all altitude values are
suspect.
