Pressure jump at launch

The first pressure value returned by the radiosonde after launch (985.2)
is somewhat lower than would be expected based on the entered surface
pressure (990.0).  It is likely that either the pressure sensor was
jarred at launch or that the system mis-identified the launch time.
Altitude and absolute pressure values will be affected and ascent rate
values during the first 30 sec of flight will be incorrect.
