Pressure jump at launch

The difference between the first pressure value reported by the sonde after
launch (968.5) and the surface value entered by the opertor (973.5) is
greater than would normally be expected.  This may indicate that either the
sonde was jarred at launch or that the system mis-identified launch start
time.  The altitude values for this sounding will be in error and the
ascent rate values in the first 30 seconds also will be wrong.
