SGP/SONDE/C1 - Reprocess: Incorrect surface press and rh values

Site ops noted that incorrect values for surface pressure and relative humidity were 
entered for the subject sounding. Pressure was entered as 986.1 instead of 981.1, and RH was 
entered as 27 instead of 57. The incorrect surface pressure entry will cause the computed 
altitudes to be incorrect for the sounding and the ascent rates to be incorrect for the 
first 30 seconds or so.  The incorrect surface RH will not affect any of the subsequent 
measurements.
