Description:
The E12 AEM did not exchange for most of the period above, yielding small
negative home signals.  The AEM was replaced on 18 December by site
operations personnel.  All 30 minute e, h, and bowen data are incorrect for
the times when the home signal is incorrect, and the temperature, relative
humidity, and vapor pressures do not represent properly switched values.
