Pressure jump at launch

The first pressure value reported by the sonde (941.7) is much smaller
than the surface value (949.9) indicating that the sonde was either
jarred on launch, or that the system failed to properly identify the
start time.  The absolute altitude for the sounding and ascent rates
for the first 30 seconds will be incorrect.
