Pressure jump at launch

The first pressure value reported by the sonde after launch (941.2) is
much smaller than that reported at the surface (949.3).  This suggests
that the sonde was jarred on launch or that the system failed to detect
start properly.  The absolute alititude throughout the sounding and the
ascent rates during the first 30 seconds will be incorrect.
