Pressure jump at launch

The first pressure value reported by the sonde after launch (943.3) is
much lower than the surface pressure (950.1).  Either the sonde was
jarred at launch or the system failed to identify the start time correctly.
The absolute altitudes for the sounding and the ascent rates for the
first 30 seconds will be incorrect.
