Pressure jump at launch

The first pressure value reported by the sonde after launch (949.9) is
somewhat lower than the surface pressure (942.8).  This may indicate that
the sonde was jarred at launch or that the system failed to identify
the start time.  The absolute altitude for the sounding and ascent rate
for the first 30 seconds will be incorrect.
