Pressure jump at launch

The difference between the first pressure value reported by the sonde after
launch (964.0) and the surface pressure (971.8) is greater than would
be expected.  The sonde may have been jarred at launch or the system may
not have identified the start time correctly.  The absolute altitude for
the sounding and ascent rates for the first 30 s will be incorrect.
