Pressure jump at launch

The difference between the first pressure value reported by the sonde
after launch (940.3) and the surface value entered by the operator
(945.8) is somewhat larger than expected.  This may indicate that the
sonde was jarred on launch or that the system did not identify the
start time properly.  The absolute altitude for this sounding will be
in error as will be the ascent rates during the first 30 s.
