Pressure jump at launch

The difference between the first pressure value reported by the sonde after
launch (942.1) and the surface pressure (947.1) is somewhat greater than
expected.  This may indicate that the sonde was jarred during launch or
that the system failed to identify the start time properly.  The absolute
altitude during this sounding will be questionable as will be the ascent
rate during the first 30 s.
