Description:
Icing conditions at E8 caused the SMOS wind speed data to be questionable
between 1400 and 2130 GMT on 16 MAR 98 and again between 0430 and 1630 GMT
on 17 MAR 98. The data appear to be unaffected between those two periods,
but may also be questionable.
