SGP/EBBR/E15 - Left T/RH Probe Temperature Too Large

Description:
Beginning in February, the temperature of the left T/RH probe reported too
high a value at some times.  The frequency of the problem increased with
time until 28 April at 1520 GMT, when a defective probe was installed; the
latter probe temperature indicated very high values.  This continued until
1 May at 1530 GMT when a working probe was installed. Times of incorrect 
humidity probe temperatures can be determined by comparing 5 or 30 minute 
values of air temperature and humidity probe temperature; at these times the 
calculated bowen ratio, and the fluxes of latent and sensible heat are 
incorrect.

The incorrect variables were:

5  minute:  thum_top, thum_bot, vp_top, vp_bot
15 minute:  rr_thum_l
30 minute:  thum_top, thum_bot, vp_top, vp_bot, bowen, e, h
