Pressure jump at launch

The difference between the first pressure reported by the sonde after
launch (945.1) is substantially lower than that reported at the surface
(955.7).  This difference is greater than expected and suggests that either
the sonde was jarred at launch or the system misidentified the actual
start time.  The effect is that the absolute altitudes will be incorrect
for this sounding as will be the ascent rates during the first 30
seconds.
