SGP/EBBR/E8 - Wind Direction Incorrect

The wind direction sensor showed the usual failure signature much of the 
time, an output of 135 degrees, beginning on 24 May 1998.  Not all times 
showed 135 degrees, but all wind direction data during the stated period
should be considered incorrect.  The values affected are:

 5 minute: res_ws, wind_d, sigma_d

15 minute: mv_wind_d

30 minute: res_ws, wind_d, sigma_d

• Wind speed arithmetic mean(wspd_arith_mean)
• Wind direction vector mean(wdir_vec_mean)
• Wind direction vector mean standard deviation(wdir_vec_std)

• Wind direction vector mean (mV)(wdir_vec_mean_mv)

• Wind direction vector mean(wdir_vec_mean)
• Wind direction vector mean standard deviation(wdir_vec_std)
• Wind speed vector mean(wspd_vec_mean)
