Description:
Most of the data for the period is missing.  The solar panel regulator was
not working, allowing the EBBR battery to slowly and steadily be depleted.
The voltage level dropped too low for the system to continue to operate and
data was lost or was not measured.  A new regulator was installed on 27 May
and data collection was resumed.
