Incorrect surface readings

It appears that the operator entered an incorrect set of surface data for
the subject sounding.  The sounding has surface PTU as 975.6 hPa, 20.0 degC,
and 93% RH - the corresponding THWAPS readings are 969.7 hPa, 19.9 degC, and
72.1 %RH.  The OMIS log for the subject souding shows sonde surface values
of 969.2 hPa, 17.6 degC, and 70% RH.
