SGP/SONDE - Incorrect surface pressure entered

The operator entered the surface pressure for this sounding incorrectly.  Rather than the 
true value of 978.2 (as noted in the Ops log), the value was entered as 987.2.  This will 
result in incorrect ascent rate during the first 30 seconds of the sounding and 
incorrect absolute altitude throughout the sounding.
