SGP/EBBR/E2 - Wind Speed Iced, Data Incorrect

The wind speed sensor was stopped by icing.  Wind speed data are incorrect.
The values are:

5 minute:  wind_s, res_ws
15 minute: wind_s
30 minute: wind_s, res_ws

• Wind speed vector mean(wspd_vec_mean)
• Wind speed arithmetic mean(wspd_arith_mean)

• (Raw data stream - documentation not supported)
