Description:
The data from this period was either missing during and after the
installation of the revised version 7 of the CR10 program. The new
program version has made a colossal improvement in the flux data.

Please refer back to DQR D980117.3 and PIF P971218.1, which describe
the incorrect way in which calculations were being performed by the
previous CR10 program version.
