SGP/EBBR/E7 - Incorrect 15 m Data

Data for several of the 15 minute outputs was incorrect, for an unknown
reason.  The only outputs that were incorrect are tair_r, tair_l, wind_s,
bat, mv_hum_l, mv_hum_r, mv_hft2, mv_hft3, mv_hft4, and mv_hft5.

• Left relative humidity (mV)(rh_left_mv)
• Right relative humidity (mV)(rh_right_mv)
• Left air temperature(temp_air_left)
• Soil heat flow 4 (mV)(soil_heat_flow_4_mv)
• Right air temperature(temp_air_right)
• Soil heat flow 2 (mV)(soil_heat_flow_2_mv)
• Soil heat flow 3 (mV)(soil_heat_flow_3_mv)
• Battery voltage(battery_voltage)
• Wind speed arithmetic mean(wspd_arith_mean)
• Soil heat flow 5 (mV)(soil_heat_flow_5_mv)
